  • My highest touch product, I will work to develop and deliver a session for your group. The development of the session would be collaborative and the result highly customized.

  • Examples: Developing strategic objectives; Creative brainstorming around a persistent organizational problem.

1:1 Conversation Design Coaching

  • I will provide consultation and light design support to prepare you or your team to facilitate an experience. 

  • This will involve 3-4 one-hour sessions focused on: building context, aligning on agenda flow, developing exercises, and a post-event reflection.

  • Examples: You are preparing to run a leadership team offsite; you are hosting a convening with external stakeholders

Conversation Design Upskill Workshop

  • One-off skill-building session focused on how to approach and construct work conversations with more intentionality and avoid common pitfalls that deter progress.

  • The session can flex from 45 min-2 hours.

I deeply believe in the transformative power of great conversations.​

My mission is to create healthier teams, organizations, and communities—one positive conversation at a time.

I’ve been facilitating since I was a college student, leading groups in planning events meant to foster understanding across differences. Since then, I’ve gotten to refine and deploy this skill set across myriad environments--from a girls empowerment social enterprise in India to a fortune 100 company.

After 14 years, I have a grounded point of view about what makes conversations great vs. counterproductive, and I’m ready to transform workplaces by sharing this insight.
